PLEASE NOTE: The NCLI Winter Festival Event in partnership with Fish with CARE and the City of Torrington originally scheduled for this Saturday February 7, 2026 has been POSTPONED due to forecasted extreme weather conditions. The Winter Festival Event is rescheduled to Saturday February 21, 2026 from 10 am to 3 pm at Burr Pond State Park in Torrington, CT.
