UPDATE: Due to the deep cold expected on Saturday February 4th, This year's Winter Festival has been rescheduled for Sunday February 5, 11am-3pm. Reach Your Summit is proud to be a part of CT DEEP No Child Left Inside®, City of Torrington and CARE's Winter Festival! This event will include ice fishing, fish fry, bonfire, marshmallow roasting, snowshoeing, winter games and much more!
