About The Event
Enjoy a 3 Day/2 Night one-of-a-kind backpacking adventure in eastern Connecticut's pristine woodlands with this easy to moderate 31.6 mile loop backpacking trip as we connect four major blue blaze hiking trails (Narragansett, Nehantic, Quinebaug and Pachaug) pathways and more. This unique trip in southern New England continues to be a hiker favorite so we've brought it back to the calendar again for 2026 with some new highlights and variation. It will offer a deeper connection to ourselves, nature, each other and the communities through which we travel. Highlights include: Rhododendron Sanctuary, Mount Misery, Green Fall Pond, pine forests, rock formations, state forests and more. This trip will bring us to a quieter portion of the state where over 100 miles of pathway exploration and solitude are just a few of the rewards.
